How does it work? Dashboard information is currently available for fiscal years 2018-2023 (for those systems with completed audits). Within each tab, identify the system and time period you are interested in. You can also compare your system to other specific systems or a group of systems that are similar based on student population or poverty level.
What is the source of the numbers? The dashboard information is extracted primarily from systems’ audited financial statements, which are completed by or submitted to DOAA each year. Search by system name for full financial statements for systems audited by DOAA. Audits performed by a private firm must be obtained from the system directly.
When was the information last updated? Information reflects all audited financial statements for fiscal years 2018-2023, received as of August 1, 2024. The dashboard is updated quarterly as audited financial statements are completed by or submitted to DOAA. Missing information (i.e., “(Blank)”) indicates the independent auditor’s report has not yet been completed or submitted to DOAA. Information for groupings (e.g., Poverty Level, Statewide Average) is also currently not available for fiscal year 2023.
