DOAA notice announcing the Fiscal Year 2025 nonprofit contract data submission. Data will be included in the Report of State Organization Contracts with Nonprofit Organizations for the General Assembly's 2026 session per O.C.G.A. §50-20-5. DOAA Not for Profit Organization Report Submission Form, required under O.C.G.A. Title 50, Chapter 20. Contains four sections: Section A collects organization details including name, address, FEI number, fiscal year end, and contact information; Section B collects audit firm and auditor contact information; Section C provides an extension request field, noting extensions cannot exceed 270 days past fiscal year-end; Section D requires selection of report type: Unaudited Financial Statements (for nonprofits expending $25,000–$99,999 in state funds), GAAS Audit ($100,000 or more in state funds), or GAGAS Single Audit under federal Uniform Guidance. Reports must be submitted within 180 days after the close of the nonprofit's fiscal year.
