DOAA notice announcing the Fiscal Year 2025 nonprofit contract data submission. Agencies must submit all nonprofit contracts and payments (July 1, 2024–June 30, 2025) by September 19, 2025; the system closes October 28, 2025. Data will be included in the Report of State Organization Contracts with Nonprofit Organizations for the General Assembly's 2026 session per O.C.G.A. §50-20-5. DOAA Not for Profit Organization Report Submission Form, required under O.C.G.A. Title 50, Chapter 20. Contains four sections: Section A collects organization details including name, address, FEI number, fiscal year end, and contact information; Section B collects audit firm and auditor contact information; Section C provides an extension request field, noting extensions cannot exceed 270 days past fiscal year-end; Section D requires selection of report type: Unaudited Financial Statements (for nonprofits expending $25,000–$99,999 in state funds), GAAS Audit ($100,000 or more in state funds), or GAGAS Single Audit under federal Uniform Guidance. Reports must be submitted within 180 days after the close of the nonprofit's fiscal year.
