Effective December 1, 2024, all Financial Reports are required to be submitted using DOAA’s portal.
The new website for audit report certifications is www.fac.gov. If you have not done so already, you will have to create a new account and password (credentials from the former site will not transfer over).

PLEASE NOTE: You can only certify your report AFTER it has been auditor certified.
